Brianna honed her marketing expertise at Nevada’s largest ad agencies and executive marketing roles in public and private companies. Before joining Revenue Media Group, she managed teams and led marketing operations in finance, hospitality, gaming, small business, travel, luxury, and nonprofit industries. Her combination of operational experience and agency expertise provide a unique perspective, allowing her to see risks, opportunities, and challenges through the eyes of our clients. As our agency leader, Brianna oversees operations, consults with clients as a fractional CMO, ensures strategic initiatives are aligned with business goals, and cracks well-timed one-liners while supplying the agency chocolate stash.

April Kemp

DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

April Kemp is a well-rounded marketing strategist with proven results in business growth. With nearly 20 years of experience in a broad range of marketing tactics including media planning and buying, direct mail, social media, email marketing, digital marketing, public relations, and content marketing, April creates and executes marketing strategies for our clients, guiding them to the right tactics for their goals. Well-versed in both B2B and B2C, April’s experience includes legal, medical, finance, nonprofit industries, as well as product development and distribution. She’s known for staying cool as a cucumber in the warm glow of a dumpster fire, random pop culture references, and unsolicited stories about her dog, Valkyrie. 

TOM MADRID

DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT

Tom has a track record of expertly supporting small and large entities across the scientific-industrial, defense, entertainment, finance, hospitality, luxury, and public/nonprofit sectors. With more than fifteen years of experience in technical design and development, he focuses on full-stack and open-source development, including front-end design and development in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and the popular WordPress CMS. As the primary point of contact for development projects, Tom manages technical teams and global resources to produce client websites, ecosystems, properties, campaigns, and more. Rarely seen without some kind of Golden Knights gear, he’s into food trucks, loud music, two cats who join Zoom calls, and Annabel The Dog, who tolerates it all.

SETH CLARK

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

As a Creative Director, Seth has mastered the art of customer experience design and bridging brand experiences across digital and physical spaces. Experienced in diverse industries from hospitality and luxury real estate to startups and cannabis ventures, his ability to tell stories through compelling verbal, written, and visual mediums helps clients evolve their brands, engage with audiences, and transform followers into devoted communities. When he's not piloting FPV drones through luxury spaces, you'll find him advocating for mental wellness, talking about the healing power of mind-body connection, or inspiring others with his free spirit and natural ability to spark authentic connections. Seth dreams of overhauling and redesigning IRS forms, and if given the opportunity, would abolish all residential and commercial overhead lighting.

Kendall Tenney

SVP OF STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS

With more than two decades of media experience, Kendall is a public relations and strategic communications expert. Following an Emmy-award-winning career in broadcast journalism, Kendall became a highly-sought-after communications consultant with expertise spanning small businesses, corporations, nonprofits, educational institutions, and national organizations. As our SVP of Strategic Communications, Kendall consults with clients, designs communications strategies, and facilitates workshops to equip clients with the tools to communicate effectively, especially in high-stakes situations.  Whether guiding clients through PR crises or delivering compelling keynotes, Kendall’s enthusiasm for impactful communication shines through. Spend a few moments with him, and you’ll likely hear a story about his kids, his Border Collie Skeeter, or his unfortunate affinity for the Dallas Cowboys.
